You can request deletion of your OhhTCG account and associated data by contacting our support team.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@ohhtcg.app.
- Use subject: Delete My OhhTCG Account.
- Include the email address and/or phone number used for your account.
What data is deleted
- Profile/account data tied to your OhhTCG account.
- App history and account-linked activity where technically and legally permitted.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, or security purposes for a limited retention period.
